Cup body forming by ultrasonic sealing with cooling fan. double-sided PE coated paper, which is very difficult to curl the edge. In this case, ultrasonic can make a good cup shape, also increase the speed. Cooling fan can enable ultrasonic working for long time.

Bottom punch-Bottom Forming-Preheating 1 with blower-preheating 2 with blower, Knurling-Edge Curling. Form the cups perfectly.  

Auto waste cup rejection, after each sudden stop, we can set quantity rejection of unformed or quality problem cup. Machine will auto reject it.
